The squirrel gang of South Bellingham has no idea what's coming

Heads up: these job stories may include photos of real pests and wildlife. Not for sensitive viewers.

Five gray squirrels eating seeds on a lawn next to a multi-catch squirrel trap in South Bellingham

Meet the squirrel gang of South Bellingham. Count them: one, two, three, four, and a fifth one already sneaking around the back of the trap like he's casing the joint.

They think they've found the best all-you-can-eat buffet in town. Free seeds, nice lawn, no cover charge. What they haven't noticed is the multi-catch trap sitting right there in the middle of the party, stocked with the good stuff.

This is how it goes. One brave squirrel checks it out, then another follows, and before long the whole crew is lining up like it's opening night. Our traps can hold several squirrels at once, so nobody gets left out.

These are the same squirrels that have been tearing up the attic, chewing on the house and running laps in the walls at dawn. Enjoy the snack, fellas. The party is about to end.
