Bats sheltering in a wood shingle roof in Everson
Heads up: these job stories may include photos of real pests and wildlife. Not for sensitive viewers.

In Everson, out in East Whatcom County, a homeowner kept finding droppings piling up near the door.
The source was right overhead. Bats were using the old wood shingle roof for shelter, tucking into the gaps between the shingles, and their droppings were falling down by the entry.
Droppings showing up in the same spot day after day near a door, deck, or wall are a strong sign bats are roosting right above. Bat work in Washington follows state wildlife rules, so give us a call or text a photo and we'll take a look.
